Health Benifits

A group health plan is an employee welfare benefit plan established or maintained by an employer or by an employee organization (such as a union), or both, that provides medical care for participants or their dependents directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.

Your open enrollment period is during the month of July. If you wish to add dependents to your plan after you have enrolled, you can only do that at your open enrollment period. The only exception is when there is a “qualifiying event”. These include marriage, birth of a child, divorce, loss of other coverage, etc. If you have a qualifying even, you have 31 days from the date of the event to complete an enrollment form to add a dependent. Dependents can be terminated at any time but can not come back onto the plan unless it is open enrollment or there is another qualifying even.

GSR contributes $100 per month toward this benefit.

401(k) Benifits

The GSR Technologies 401(k) plan gives employees an opportunity to save money on a pretax basis for retirement. GSR Technologies will match employee contributions up to a maximum of 4% of your annual earnings. Contributions to your 401(k) are made by automatic payroll deductions. Employees are eligible to contribute to the 401(k) plan after one year of full time employment.

Vacation Policy

Vacation is available only to full time employees. Each full time employee receives FIVE days of vacation each calendar year after completing one year of employment. Upon completion of FIVE years of employment, full time employees will receive TEN days of vacation per calendar year.
